Can I bring my kids to NTI?

Bring your kids for a vacation. However, children are not permitted in educational sessions and we do not encourage bringing children to the Critical Care Exposition. If necessary, children will be admitted only when accompanied by a badge-wearing NTI participant at all times. For the safety of attendees and exhibitors, strollers are not permitted in the exhibit hall.

How much time should I allow if I need to visit Registration when I arrive at the conference?

Give yourself plenty of time to get through the registration line. The heaviest times are Sunday afternoon and early Monday morning. Allow an hour if you arrive at these times.

Can I add or change a session on-site?

Add or change ticketed events, including preconferences or Nurses’ Night Off tickets for a guest at Registration. If there is availability, we will gladly make changes for you.

I had to leave the conference suddenly for a personal reason. Do I get a refund?

If you have to leave unexpectedly, contact customer care at 800-899-2226 ext. 7100 as soon as you can. On an individual basis, we will work with attendees who have to leave early.

What is the barcode on my badge used for?

The barcode is used in the exhibit hall at our exhibitor booths. If you want more information from an exhibitor, they will scan the barcode. Please note that by allowing your badge to be scanned by exhibitor(s) at the show, you consent to provide your email address so that additional information could be emailed to you. You can have your address changed or email removed from the barcode at Registration.

Can I bring a guest to NTI?

Yes, but NTI guests have limited access. Guests can accompany a badge-wearing NTI attendee for free in the exhibit hall. For $25, your guest can attend the SuperSessions and walk through the exhibit hall. Guest badges are available at Registration.

Can I bring guests to Nurses’ Night Off?

Yes. One free ticket is included with your NTI registration. Additional tickets can be purchased when you register or on-site at the Registration Desk through Wednesday, May 22 until 4 p.m. Tickets are $50. Nurses’ Night Off is an adult-only event this year.

How do I make an ADA request?

Your mobility device can be reserved in advance and will be waiting for you in the convention center or can be delivered to your hotel. Reasonable requests received 45 days or more, prior to the start of the conference, will be reviewed. For ADA accommodations, email: nti@aacn.org.

What is the COVID-19 safety protocol and vaccination policy in Denver this year?

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors and staff. The policies are set according to CDC and public health recommendations, and federal, state and local regulations applicable at the time of the conference. At this time, we are strongly recommending attendees be vaccinated and wear a mask in large group settings. We may change, update or add to these requirements at any time to best protect the health and safety of our NTI participants.

FAQ: NTI Virtual Registration

How do I register for NTI Virtual?

You can register online or download a registration form to register by mail or call Customer Care at 800-899-2226.

Explain the difference between live and on-demand.

This year’s virtual event offers a new level of flexibility. Attending the live sessions at their scheduled times, June 10-12, means you’ll have the most opportunities to chat with other attendees and learning facilitators. If you can, tune in live for SuperSessions for inspirational keynotes, surprises and real-time chats with other attendees.

If you are attending live and don’t see any sessions of interest during their scheduled times, you can view an on-demand session that’s right for you, whenever you prefer, because the sessions are recorded. And if you get pulled away and can’t catch a session at its scheduled time, you can watch it later on-demand.

What if I can’t attend all three days?

We’ve designed the experience so that you can attend what you want, when you can. If you are able to take the time off, fantastic! If you can only swing a full day or two, that’s a great option. Or carve out dedicated hours over the three days to hit a SuperSession or another highlight.

Any way you choose to experience this year’s NTI — live, on-demand or a combination of the two — you’re getting the same unparalleled education, including Sunrise and Sunset sessions, SuperSessions, educational sessions covering nearly 50 diverse clinical and professional topics and ExpoEd exhibitor education.

How long will I have access to all of the content on the virtual platform?

All sessions, including concurrent, Sunrise and Sunset Sessions, ExpoEd and posters will be available through the end of October.

How do I know ahead of time what educational sessions will be offered?

You will find session listings under the NTI sessions tab. You can filter sessions by date, topic, level, patient population, session type, CERP category, pharmacology content and/or API.

Where can I purchase NTI commemorative items?

Purchase a wide-range of commemorative items while supplies last at our online Bookstore.
