    • Identify strategies to support preceptors and orientees in stressful situations to help ensure emotional well-being by learning to anticipate and identify emotional distress and create safe spaces for everyone.
    • Examine criteria that will help evaluate when an orientee is ready to exit orientation and the support needed for independent practice transition.

    Successful Completion
    Learners must complete the entire activity and the associated evaluation to be awarded contact hours. All nurse learners must read “Effects of Implicit Bias and its Impact on Patient Outcomes.” No partial credit to be awarded.
