Our customer support team can also assist you with placing an order (whether for an individual or an organization), renewing a site license, purchasing additional end-user licenses, change of a site administrator or inquiries about a CNE certificate. We're looking forward to hearing from you.
Technical Support
Should you run into difficulties of a more technical nature, please contact our Help Desk.
Our Help Desk is available any time — 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including holidays) — to take your request for support with technology issues like error messages, Web browser configurations and system failures.
Please make sure your computer system meets the technical system requirements for AACN eLearning beforehand because only systems which meet the requirements are supported by the Help Desk.
