NTI Technical Requirements

To ensure that you have a successful NTI experience, please review the following tips. Assistance is also available in the Help section under your profile.

Browser Recommendations, Internet Connection and Devices

  • Recommended Browser: Google Chrome. Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Opera are also supported. Internet Explorer is NOT supported.
  • Please make sure that your browser is up to date with the latest version.
  • Disable browser extensions or plugins that are large or privacy-related.
  • The following mobile devices are supported: Android phones, Android tablets, iPhones, and iPads.
  • Please make sure that your operating system is up to date. Windows 10 or later and Mac OS 14 or later are supported.
  • Double check your internet connection. When streaming, the NTI Conference Site is best viewed through a wired connection. If you are using wireless internet, make sure you are as close as possible to the router.
  • If you are connected to a VPN, you may need to disconnect it during sessions and video meetings for the best experience.

Camera, Audio and Screen Sharing

  • If you are using an external webcam, headset and/or speakers, please make sure that it is connected. To change your live session input settings, click on the 3 dots at the bottom of the screen and select "Settings."
  • Make sure that your camera and microphone have permission to be used. Check your browser and device settings.
  • The conference site does not allow for virtual backgrounds.
  • When you have the option to screen share when in a meeting, make sure to double check your browser and computer settings. If you are sharing a presentation, set it up for screen sharing. More information can be found below:
