Project Goals/Objectives
- To increase staff nurse awareness of the ABCDEF bundle
- To decrease ventilator days
- To decrease length of stay
Project Outcomes
- Increased nurse awareness of the ABCDEF bundle
- Decreased ventilator days 1.2 percent (50 days in one quarter)
- These outcomes resulted in cost savings of $76,100, with a projected annual fiscal impact of $304,400.
